Event Types

Every webhook event Trasys can deliver, including alert.fired, incident.created, incident.updated, and incident.resolved, with full JSON payload schemas.

Every webhook POST has this top-level shape:

  • event — the event type string (see below)
  • data — event-specific payload
  • attempt — 1 for the first delivery, 2 for the retry

alert.fired

Sent when an alert rule threshold is crossed and an incident is created.

alert.resolved

Sent when an alert rule returns to a normal state after firing.

incident.created

Sent immediately after an incident row is created (fires alongside alert.fired).

incident.updated

Sent when an incident is acknowledged (status changes from triggered → acknowledged).

incident.resolved

Sent when an incident is resolved.

nudge.triggered

Sent when the nudge detection engine identifies an unusual pattern in your metrics.

Sent when the ML-based anomaly detector flags a metric.

Subscribe only to the events you need. Each endpoint can subscribe to any combination of the 7 event types.
